The pork chops were very thin and over-cooked. There was a nice seasoning on the chicken in the “Caesar Salad” but this does not by itself make it a Caesar Salad. You can’t just throw some lettuce in a bowl and call it a Caesar Salad. The Creme Brulee was very nice. A lot of the menu items were unavailable because they said they were transitioning to a Fall menu. If it’s not available get it off of the menu. A good restaurant should not need a “transition period”. I think one of the problems is lack of staff consistency in the kitchen. We have eaten at Elements often and our children had their wedding reception there but I think the quality of the food is taking a hit. We’ll be taking a pass for a while.
Our server was amazing and great ambiance but unfortunately it ends there. Avoid the “boiled” seared pork chops.
Advertised 10oz steak, it was a 6oz at best. Portions are incredibly small for price. Food took 2 hours to get in a quiet restaurant. Automatic 18% tip built into the bill without verbal warning.Wouldn’t do again.
Decent food great patio looking onto pool, golf course n of course the mountains! Service is better and its convent for guests at hotel since its located inside the copperpoint resort!
