Wee Chippy - Inverclyde

I stopped at this fish and chip shop for a meal during my bike trip from Lands End to John O'Groats, and it was excellent. The staff and owner were incredibly friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I highly recommend this chip shop, the fries are the best I have ever tasted.

If you're looking for fish and chips, this is the place to go. Don't expect much in terms of decor unless you're a history buff interested in post-war retail shops. The service may not be the most cheerful, with two staff members having very different approaches (one talkative, the other taciturn). However, the real draw here is the fish. Fresh, high-quality fish that is well-prepared and reasonably priced.

On my cycling trip from Lands End to John O'Groats I stopped at this chippy for some sustenance. They were excellent. I could not have wished for better. Very helpful staff and owner.
