Super One Foods - International Falls

It's a nice place to shop! It was even better when Dave and his family owned it, as they were very involved in the community. Since Meyers took over, many of the original foods we loved are no longer available. They've also stopped hosting the barbecues in the back, which used to be such a delightful experience. When Dave and his family were at the helm, it was clear they cared deeply about the community, unlike the current owners. Many people in the community share the same sentiment. I really hope the new owners will step up their efforts and become more community-oriented. Only time will tell. Have a great night!

If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. This corporation is the absolute worst; they have no regard for customers or their employees. Super One was at its best when Dave Stewart owned it! I could continue listing the reasons, but there are simply too many to count as to why they are the least suitable owners of both grocery stores in this town!

It's my birthday today, and my mom and I had ordered a cake from the bakery a week in advance. However, when we went to pick it up on the big day, they hadn't even started making it! They had called us earlier to discuss how they would personalize it with my name and other details, but when we arrived, it was just a plain cake. They did have a few pre-made cakes available, so we ended up choosing one of those. I'm really disappointed, as I had hoped they would show a bit more care in their service.
