The restaurant nr. 1 in Interlaken!WOW- what a wonderful surprise! the bistro ambience deceives...that was simply excellent and no comparison to other restaurants in interlaken! we haven't experienced such good, fresh food in a restaurant for a long time and such a warm hospitality and accommodating service. the restaurant convinces with the best, typical Swiss dishes from fresh products from local partners (e.g. the metzgerei nextdran). we can recommend this great restaurant to everyone!

Inconspicuous external, but eating and service were top! hearty service and freshly made typical swiss food with awareness for regional and seasonal products (meat from the seagoing close etc what a beautiful surprise and highly recommended! absolutely fair prices. happy again, thanks retshy

I wanted to celebrate my man birthday and everything was good. delicious and fresh food. very good service. I strongly recommend.

My family of 4 came for dinner. We tried all 3 soups, the best was the mushroom soup, and the bouillon was a touch too salty for us. As mains, The mac and cheese wasn't too bad and the pork Cordon Bleu was good. But what was excellent were the roasted chicken and veal in mushroom sauce. Very good service as well. Only thing is that they don't serve tap water here. Overall excellent and would come back again.
