They told us that this is one of the oldest restaurant in the city and many royalty including the princess of Thailand had dine here before. This restaurant serves authentic Austrian cruises, which was delicious. My father ordered the seasonal reindeer with wild berry source, this is the first time we tried reindeer and it was divine. For dessert we had Austrian mini pancake and a tiramisu type dish, both were great but very filling.
I've brought my business partner here for lunch. It was a wonderful occasion made better by the thoughtful service and divine food. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and every dish tasted great. I can firmly say I will one day return to this establishment to partake once again in their culinary specialty. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!
Very nice food, the Kaiserschmarren was lovely and so tasty. The service was also very good.
Delicious Austrian cuisine. The dining room is on the second floor which makes it much more quiet for dinner. The local grilled sausages are fantastic. And the potato fritters with sauerkraut are delicious. They have an English menu and the staff all speak English well. They are friendly and they leave you alone to enjoy your meal. If you are a fussy diner, you will be frustrated. If you are willing to embrace the cultural norms of attentive service with excellent food, this is a good choice in the old city. The hot chocolate with whipped cream is very good.
This is the first restaurant we ate at during my holiday trip with my family and it was amazing! The food met my exoectations in what Austrian cuisine is. Order their goulash and their weinet schintzel. Additionally, servers were really accommodating and polite. Definitely a must visit!
