They always forget most of your order and it's not fresh Not busy at at all so how can they forget most of your order and the owners keep the tips . like any other all you can eat the owners pay the server a little more then min wage so the owners can keep all the tips if this place was busy or not they should not forget most of your order .........very poor I'd say

We frequent this place, at least 3-4 times a month both eat in and take out. Food is always prepared fresh and hot. Place is always clean and neat and staff is super friendly. Love their ayce menu feat both sushi and Chinese offerings but as with any ayce don't order more then you can eat or you'll be charged for it, it's not a threat! Gotta try the Innisfil and bubba gump rolls, my favourite items on their menu.

The absolute best take out Chinese food I have ever had.I called about an hour before I was to pickup. The order taker was more than helpful and in short order I had everything ordered, for a 530 pickup. At that time I walked in and my Order was being bagged up and I was-out the door in 5 minutes. Paying by cash also affords you a 10% discount. What a bonusEach dish was hot and extremely tasty. No complaints even from the kids. What a great experience! We will return for sure! An order of sweet and sour chicken balls fed 6 people with a lot left over. Every dish was hot and very tasty. Rice fluffy, beef dishes with vegetables were very good.Thanks j y panda for a great experience.

This restaurant has the best decor of the Alcona Chinese restaurants. I loved their sweet and sour chicken balls and also their pork balls. The price and quantity were excellent! I have both dined there and had efficient tasty takeaway. I found that the food and service quality had greatly improved in recent years. I recently got a new menu in the mail and they are now mainly Japanese with a smaller Korean menu. I love beef bulgogi but don't see that there. I therefore need to visit and order from the Korean menu and see if they can still make me pork balls and chicken balls or not. I like sushi but the Sobeys in Alcona have a certified sushi maker and I'm loyal to her. Let's see what they can do for me. I've tasted real fiery Korean food downtown Toronto and courtesy of a cousin's Korean wife. Hopefully the new limited Korean menu meets my standards. It'll probably be less spicy and fiery to suit average Canadian tastes, but hopefully I enjoy it too... Stay tuned...
