Subway - Inman

I didn't place an order. When I walked in, I was completely ignored. I overheard one of the staff members on the phone while they were making sandwiches, which led me to believe it was a busy time, but they didn't provide any explanation. It seems they don’t really need my business.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I couldn't finish my sub because it was inedible, and the cookies were so stale they fell apart. I understand the worker seemed overworked and stressed, but the quality here is unacceptable. I used to work in a similar establishment, and if I had served food that looked like this, I would have been in trouble. This place really needs to improve or consider closing down.

You have to get more help. 25 minutes ago I made an order for pickup and it is not ready yet. there are 19 people here with one worker. can't get our backs and can't get our food. also shows one of the sandwiches on the app wrong.

Full idiot. my online order of 42.23 processed via my bank account and still refused to make my order because it wasn't printed in its loading, but confirmed the address visually after there were two idiots to find out what their address was because nobody knew where it was working?!

Great salad, service could have been a little more person friendly
