I have NEVER waited 45 minutes for my food before at a fast food restaurant.. and it wasn't just a one time thing because I went the next day and it was the same thing. Not even in Atlanta where this franchise is from.BUT.. my food was FIRE!! Best American deli I've ever had! Order them extra crispy extra wet.. and your heaven awaits.You're welcome.

They are so thorough, I mean napkins, straw, utensils, ranch sauce it was all there. Food presentation was on point. Aromas had me ready at the door!!

Called for phone order and they said 10 min plus a 5 min wait after I’ve walked through the door. I show up 13 min later to wait about 5 min to get to register which they then told me 10-15 min more wait. That 10 minutes turned into 29 MINUTES! So my phone in order turned from 10 minutes to 45 minutes? never going back again, happened last 2 times I came too
