Tim Hortons - Ingersoll

If you go in and there are 0 customers and you order a coffee, expect a minimum 5 minutes. No joke this place is a complete joke. Every single time....., EVERY TIME. Hire based on capability please.

I'm really frustrated with the cheap cups at Tim Hortons. I used to grab a coffee on my way to work, but now I'm hesitant because of the new cups they've started using. This morning, before I even left town, my cup fell apart at the seams, and my cup holder was filled with coffee. It created a huge mess! I initially thought it was just a one-time issue, but it seems like these cups can't handle the heat and keep falling apart. This is happening far too often. If this continues, I won't waste my money on coffee that ends up spilling everywhere because the cups can't hold up. They need to improve their cups!

I went through the drive-thru and had to spell out my order. Once I got home, I discovered that the coffee was just water and milk, and my classic BLT ended up being sausage, egg, tomato, and lettuce instead.

The staff here is really attractive (especially you, Stacy). The food is just average, to be honest. By the way, did I mention how much I appreciate the vibe here? Ahem, seems I have something caught in my throat (Stacy).
