Dinos Restaurant - Ingersoll

Dino's has been in Ingersoll for years and is the meeting spot locals. Great everyday food simple and delicious and has a great Sunday brunch. The wait stafff is very friendly and children are always welcome.

The food is good and the portions are plentiful. I don't leave hungry. The restaurant is fairly large and very clean. The staff are attentive and polite.There is only street parking or a town parking lot across the street.

I went there tonight with 3 friends, one of which is gluten intolerant. She asked the waitress if the soup was thickened with flour. That, apparently, was too much to ask her. From the point on, she was extremely rude to all of us. We should have guessed what was coming our way, and walked out immediately. Instead we gave her the benefit of the doubt. A party a 8 to 10 people that came in after us were served and left the restaurant before we were served our meal which consisted of a Greek salad, 2 fish and chips and a gluten free pizza. We were served over 60 minutes aver we ordered. The manager, when asked why it took so long, became defensive and suggested that we should have entered when we saw how busy it was, and the reason there was a delay was due to deep frying the fish for... read for this? 25 minutes. Establishments that do not understand the relationship that they should have with their customers, do not deserve to have any customers. I would never recommend such a place in good conscience to anyone.
