One of the oldest and most trusted hotels in city , it's always fun to be here and have some good restaurants also.. if you are looking for stay rooms are small as compared to other great hotels in the city but overall a nice place.. Attended many weddings here.. parking can be an issue some times but great for a visit overall..

Sayaji Hotel is one of the most popular hotels and a landmark in Indore. I was in this hotel to attend a business meeting. This hotel was chosen because it is located in a prominent business district and has very good facilities available. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. Inspite of being on a very busy intersection, the rooms are remarkably quite. The meeting hall facilities and food are very good. The buffet breakfast spread has many options and a live kitchen. The only point disconcerting is that the hotel feels overcrowded everywhere.

I guess I visited 1000s hotel till date due my business tours, and this is the one name you can trust always. Food Room or Hospitality this is leading with great margin. Always great

Okay so why am I writing this review is to elaborate the goof up which there reservation team has done. They have first confirmed the room on corporate booking for 16th July till 19th July, but when I reached there they said that they have sent a mailed asking for advance payment to confirm or block the room and refused to provide the room. I am sorry but that’s not a professional approach to service the guests. Apparently I had to book a room with Radisson Indore to ensure that I don’t spend my night on the roads when Sayaji Hotel Indore left me in the middle of nowhere. Really bad experience.

We visited this place only for a business lunch in April 22. The ambiance is very good. Food was yummy (as is the case in Indore in general). Buffet spread had loads of varieties especially in desserts. Staff was very co-operative and warm. They do prepare Jain food on order.
