I truly adore this restaurant and was disheartened to see some negative reviews. Many of them are outdated and don’t reflect the current, delicious offerings of 'Rice Paper Scissors.' I’ve tried nearly everything on the menu, and it all tastes fantastic. While some might argue it’s not entirely authentic Vietnamese cuisine, that doesn't take away from the fact that this place serves amazing salads and food overall. I sincerely hope these poor ratings won’t deter people from visiting this wonderful spot, and I hope this feedback helps clarify things. I am a very happy and satisfied customer!

The spring rolls were alright, but the pho was overcooked and a bit on the small side. Unfortunately, I ended up getting food poisoning from the papaya salad with prawns and pork.

Another no star...very disappointed, to much in a hurry and no authenticity at all. How had is it to make BANH MI.

I paid $7 for an Original Bahn Mi, but there was hardly any filling in it. When I took the sandwich out of the bag, it looked more like a baguette with a slit in the middle and nothing inside. This is not the quality I expect from a place like this. I'm really disappointed.
