Little Caesars Pizza - Indiantown

We order from our local Indiantown, Florida Little Caesars quite a bit. We have never had any problems to speak of, but last Friday night, they showed what they were really like as far as customer service. We ordered our pizza, and went to pick it up. When we checked it before we left, it wasn't the way we ordered. I took it back in and respectfully told them it wasn't made the way I ordered. The young man at the front counter immediately took responsibility and apologized. The manger immediately came up and apologized and said he would make it right. When he brought it back, he apologized again and said they would be sure to not make a mistake next time. We couldn't have asked for them to be more kind and helpful, and I tried to make sure they knew that. Good customer service goes such a long way.

They don't seem to get the orders as they do. I order paprika and got cheese or I order filled crust cheese and get a regular pepper chocolate. They obviously don't pay attention to the order.

No matter what you order, they have covered you in 15 minutes. And better than the most recent pizza spots in town.
