Wendy's - Indianapolis

I've never been very impressed by this restaurant, but yesterday evening I stopped by about 10 minutes before closing and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was the friendliest I've encountered in a long time. Since the pandemic, quality customer service seems to have disappeared, but the employees who were working last night restored my faith in it. They and their manager truly deserve recognition for their outstanding service!

Wendy's in Indiana is the worst. I arrived at 1 o'clock and waited for about 10 minutes. Several employees saw me but ignored me until they finally decided to assist me. When I finally got my burger, it tasted worse than the burgers I used to have in high school. There are definitely much better options around.

I've attempted to order food from this restaurant multiple times this week. Each time, I've arrived around 9 PM, but they are always closed. I'm confused because their website claims they are open until midnight.

Every time I get to this location leandra and the rest of her crew always via a satisfying service. I've been coming here for months and usually bought some sandwiches for my grandfather and the people in his nursing home. always love to come to this place and hope that they and the rest of their crew will be rewarded!

Service is usually pretty fast here! The drive through is forever long at lunch though I would recommend to go inside for lunch. And there are a couple of hot girls working behind the counter through the week anyway!
