Tgi Fridays Indianapolis (west)

We will not go back there. first, no one knew in the restaurant that I had made a reservation. they looked at me like I was from another planet. there was hardly anyone, and yet they refused to bring some tables together to accommodate 9 people. we struggled for a solution, and the hostess observed simply and did not try to ask the management for help in a solution. it ruined our lunch. I even expressed disappointment to the manager and she refused to accommodate. I told her that we would not come back if that was the case; she still refused. the service was terrible. because we were at different tables (whether they knew we were 1 group), some of us had to ask for service to get a refill and even get the bill! I could understand if they were busy, but there were maybe 5 tables, among them we occupied throughout the restaurant! for a place without business too day, they would think that they would do everything to return a new business, but the rule was more important than the service and nobody seemed as if they wanted to work there. very sad. the Friday service is really on the hill since I worked there. I'm almost ashamed that I worked there and I feel bad, now that I proposed it for our group. never again.

Celebrate my man landing a new customer in his home improvement business.

Was just a little disappointed that I asked if they had burger in a lettuce wrap, was told yes but it was just the burger with lettuce under it, without the bun.

Waitress was a little quiet and shy other than that everything was great!

First thing the host said to me was, we don 't do reservations on the weekends. I told him I used the open table app and it allowed me too and I was unaware of that rule. He retorted, you know for next time then he immediately sat down two ladies who walked in after me. Then another lady showed me to my booth. My friends arrived 10 to 15 minutes after I was seated and I had not seen my waitress yet. We waited there for another 10 and after my friend waved down a waitress we got service. After that everything was good. Food was great, and came out nice and hot. But I can not get over the host just telling me that I 'll know not to for next time.
