Taco Bell - Indianapolis

I am very impressed with this restaurant. They always get my order right and it is always prepared correctly. This level of service should be the norm everywhere, but we know that it is not. The staff is always friendly and positive, like the young man Dominic who helped me last time. He had a great smile and provided excellent customer service. It is unfortunate that this type of service is rare, but it is nice to know that some places still understand how it should be. Thank you.

I have been to this Taco Bell in the past 3 years and my son loves it. I am pleasantly surprised that I have always received excellent customer service every time, no matter who is working the window. This Taco Bell deserves recognition for their exceptional customer service. They are always on point and I have never encountered a fast food place that is so focused on providing excellent service. They are fast and have never made a mistake on my order. Well done!

Terrible customer service they never get my order right although the food is good the service could be better

Ok so I went here to get lunch and I had a gift card the gift card and the app wasn't working the manager gave me the food and said it's not your fault it's not my fault but here you're hungry there are kind ppl out here after all

Honestly, you should only visit this Taco Bell if you are craving some dips. The staff there seems careless in how they serve the food. If I owned this place, I definitely wouldn't allow this kind of behavior from the workers. Besides missing part of my meal, the overall dining experience was disappointing.
