Sun King Brewery - Indianapolis

The hive mind has to be my absolute favorite! Having a flight with a nacho plate from Nacho A La Margarita Outpost hits.

Claims to be canine friendly they aren’t. With no one inside or outside a miniature dachshund sleeping in a backpack carrier got me hustled out of the check in area with no offer of an anyone checking on me or serving me.Basically, avoid the fat, white guy. He’s going to call you out for not wearing appropriate clothing or something obscure and obscene. Total jerk.Avoid this place if you like dogs, beer, and decent people.

This is really a great brewery! They Have a massive selection of beers. A little overwhelming would be my only critique. Very friendly service, large open area, and a decent food vendor on the premises. This so far, next to Chilly Waters, is my favorite brewery I've visited while in Indianapolis. Cheers ?

This is one of the coolest breweries I’ve been to. Seeing it from outside doesn’t do it justice! It is very unassuming. Very spacious area inside with lots of seating and a huge bar. The atmosphere is really cool. You feel like you’re right in the middle of their operations. We were surprised to learn. They serve food here as well, which was great! Now, most importantly, the beer! Excellent!

Sun King is a great brewery and their downtown Indy location is always a pleasure to visit. I love that you can get to go packs of relatively limited beers (like the Gen Con special beer). Also the staff are fantastic and friendly.
