Sullivan's Steakhouse - Indianapolis

My husband's company held their holiday party at Sullivan's, and we were impressed by the delicious food and excellent service. We can't wait to return!

I went to Sullivan for my birthday and the experience was disappointing. The only highlight was my appetizer, the steak egg rolls. Unfortunately, our steaks were overcooked and they were out of the tomahawk steak we were looking forward to. It took over 15 minutes to receive our bottle of wine. Overall, it was not a good experience and I do not recommend it.

The service was quick and welcoming. We ordered a shrimp cocktail, but the shrimp were old and had a bad smell. Both my wife and I ordered steaks - a New York strip and a ribeye - but they arrived cold. The manager was very apologetic and gave us a discount for the poor food quality. While we have had good experiences in the past, this recent visit was disappointing.

I had my birthday dinner, which consisted of the ribeye steak, loaded baked potato, and mushrooms. Excellent meal. Free selection of 3 types of desserts, and I chose the New York cheese cake for my BD treat. Great choice. The service was excellent, and everyone I came into contact with was kind and polite.
