Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely return to another location in a different city. I really enjoyed it.

You're really paying for the experience here. The atmosphere is lively and enjoyable, but the food was just average, and the prices are quite high. Our server was friendly and attentive, which was a plus. This restaurant is definitely more suited for special occasions or birthdays, rather than regular dining. Additionally, they seem to receive a lot of five-star reviews on Google because they offer a complimentary Monster Desert Bowl ($99) if five people at your table leave a five-star review.

Took well over an hour to get our food. Arrived cold and wrong. Drinks were not made correctly either. The manager did take care of everything but the drinks and we didn’t have time to wait for another round of food. Manager offered a return trip on her. Not sure if we will go back for that or not.

Wish they danced for birthdays, Friday night at 8 PM had a lot of empty tables atmosphere was way too bright for evening dining hours. We did witness two celebrations, both were birthdays, and both times staff came out and clapped for a song. Service was fine. Nothing exceptional.

Food quality for the price expectation/hype was a let down. You would think adding in a 20% “mandatory service charge” would reflect in your service, but it’s a ridiculous fee for someone to take your order occasionally pour water. I understand that servers get screwed with tips, but this experience really kept me from tipping more than I wanted to.
