Spice Box - Indianapolis

This restaurant offers amazing food! I'm not particularly fond of overly spicy dishes, but I do enjoy a bit of heat. I was initially hesitant to try her tacos with an Indian twist, but I'm delighted to say that I loved them! The cashier is always so pleasant and charming. She takes the time to write a thoughtful note or draw on the box lid, which shows how much she cares about her food! Plus, they're quick with orders, so when I'm in a hurry and need a bite to eat, this is the place I choose.

I had never visited City Market before, so I wasn't aware that everything closed early. When I arrived at Spice Box, they were about to close in just a few minutes. However, the staff, Lizzy and Jheres, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though they were closing soon, they didn't rush me at all; instead, they allowed me to sample various menu items and made great recommendations on what I should try. The food was fantastic, but the exceptional customer service made the experience even better.

My friend and I first explored the City Market and didn't even want to eat until Theresa offered us some samples. She's great and we loved the food. Spice Box!

Really good! I got the chicken ktikka and egg curry and both had great taste and was quite expensive. Theresa made my meal and she was beautiful. Thank you.

Excellent fresh and flavorful Indian creations cooked to order. The City Market is not my favorite atmosphere to dine in, but the food options cannot be beat, and Spice Box is one of the finest options in the market.
