I hate the fact that certain items are not ready at a certain time they should say that instead of just refunding the item not even seeing if people want a replacement. If certain things are not ready until a certain time that needs to be said on their menu.

The chicken is always excellent—crispy and served hot every time I visit. I highly recommend this spot for delicious chicken wings. A big shoutout to Mary for her consistently great customer service!

I'm really impressed with the new owner, even though I don't know her personally.

This was my first experience with Stacy and Rick's. While the ribs were good, I likely won't be ordering them again, as the sides could use some improvement.
