Qdoba Mexican Eats - Indianapolis

This establishment is poorly run. I did an online order and not a single thing was correct. I had tomatos and beans in my burrito when I explicitly said NONE. I got ZERO of my on the side sauces. There was 1/2 as much meat as should be, with 2x theamount of rice. I DIDN 'T EVEN ASK FOR SOUR CREAM yet both my bowl and burrito contained it. I will not be using this store forany further purchase, and I advise others to do the same.

As I stepped outside to write this review, he came out and signaled for me to come back in, but I wasn't comfortable with the situation. It just felt off. Even my 12-year-old daughter suggested we leave. Come on, Qdoba, get it together!

I do not recommend dining at this Qdoba. Each time I've visited, the restaurant has appeared unclean. The tables and floors are dirty, and the area behind the counter also looks unsanitary. Additionally, the staff are not friendly.

I placed an order through DoorDash before the restaurant was marked as closed on the app, which was about 50 minutes before their actual closing time of 10 p.m. When the driver arrived, he reported that the girl working was very rude and claimed she couldn't find my order. I find it hard to believe that the restaurant was overwhelmed at that hour, so it seems they were just trying to leave a bit early. In the end, I had to cancel my order. Very disappointing customer service.

I know it?s only a fast food burrito place but seriously, there were 4 people working there and not another person in line or eating on food and it still took 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge me. They were too busy arguing about who was the laziestand who?s turn it was to go on break. No manager visible and the quesadilla was garbage, how do you screw up a quesadilla?
