We arrived early. they had my confirmed open table reservation fortunately they were not busy. hostess didn't seem to care much. meal and service was then good.

The occasion was a business dinner and it was exactly the right place - not too flashy, no too low end, exactly right.

It was my birthday I had added to the reservation, but was not recognized, not a big thing, but was mentioned in the rule of the server.

Unfortunately it went in an extremely busy night and the waiting staff was overwhelmed. several items we ordered were not available. eating was good when we got it, although very delayed

We were seated at a high top in the bar area, one of the 2 bartenders was our server, we sat there for maybe 15 minutes before he came to greet us. We ordered everything right away food and drinks, drinks took a bit. At one point I was hit in the back of my seat by a gentleman in a wheel chair that worked there as he lost control and hit my chair. They seemed to be well staffed, but not sure why the food took so long, we had fried rice and Mongolian beef. Took about 45 minutes. When brought out, portions of the fried rice was great. But the Mongolian beef lost half its serving. For the price point and the taste we won't make it a priority to go back to a PF Changs.
