Penn Station East Coast Subs

I love Penn Station, but this location looks to be permanently closed.

The person muttered so bad I couldn't hear a thing they said, got my add-ons in a separate dish bc they didn't add them in the originals sandwich. It still tasted good, fries are good, staff was meh and my shoes made sticky sounds.

My food was delicious yesterday for some reason or another this has to be the best steak I've had from Penn

Philly cheese steak extra mushrooms and lite mayo w large lemonade. Do they have anything else and if so why....lol

I am In progress of receiving the worst service I ever got from this place. The manager was a very mean black lady who was mad because I came to pick up my online order I guess. She ignored me and walked by several times after she got her drink from the fountain, then after I said excuse me..she slammed the fry thing and rolled her eyes at me so hard. Just hateful and mean. This happened 6/30/23 at 8:26. Thinking about calling corporate.
