Mcdonald's - Indianapolis

This place seems extremely busy in the afternoon and takes orders both inside and in the drive-thru. But everything seemed to work quickly and efficiently. The bathroom of men could have been less disgusting but again, it is busy, and at least there are rest rooms.

No complaints about employees. please weigh the signs of the mobile order with sand bags. I sit in a mobile order spot and the wind just put that on the hood of my car. it is not worth going through my insurance to fix it. Just make sure that this doesn't happen to another. God forbid someone to have a smaller car than me, and this ding lands on a windshield.

It was six years since I was drawn from 16 and Penn St. that McDonald's went through a makeup outside and inside. I went in and noticed the new furniture and technology ordered menus for customers. It had breakfast bagels back on the menu and I ordered the Steak Bagel Combo. I was very happy with my order.

OMG this is the worst McDonald's in town. You never get your order right. You even take an hour to get you through the drive-thru for door bag I shared pictures. I absolutely avoid that McDonald's will definitely cost if I can. All images come from the same visit

If I could give this place a 0, I would. So I 'm going to give them this !!!! I placed an order via mobile app. A big Mac, large coke, and a cheese Danish. I used my rewards points for the big Mac which was 6000 points 100 points per $1 . I 'm currently living in a shelter and I have a curfew, I literally waited for my food via curbside pickup for 23 minutes. They never brought my food out, and I wasn 't going to be late. I called 12 times as I waited for my food. They never came. As soon as I was done signing myself and my children into the shelter, I received an email notification thanking me for placing my order with the receipt. So I instantly go on the app to try to cancel and get my money refunded back, but this order in particular wasn 't on the recent order page. I called and called the next day, no one answered. Then 2 days later someone finally picked up and said they wasn 't going to refund me for my order because they don 't know if I had gotten my order and just trying to get free food! These people need to be stopped! Because I was out taking care of business trying to apply for low income or section 8 and wasn 't back on time for dinner, that was my children 's dinner. And for these f n GANSTERS TO JUST TAKE OUR MONEY!!! I really feel defeated
