Mcalister's Deli - Indianapolis

The food is usually excellent, about 95% of the time, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. This really detracts from the overall experience.

The food here is excellent, but they tend to use too much spinach and not enough lettuce in their salads. Additionally, I noticed there are no eggs in the salad, which would be a nice touch. The sandwiches, however, are quite good. I just wish they offered more Coke Zero options, like Sprite Zero or Barq’s Zero.

The service was excellent. I enjoyed the fruit cup and the French dip, but the carrot cake was a bit dry.

I had the French Dip and Chips today, and I couldn't help but notice the Carrot Cake, which I absolutely love! It was fantastic! Considering it's mainly a sandwich shop, everything was delightful.

The food was good, but we did have a bit of trouble getting someone to refill my mother's drink. The restaurant wasn't very crowded, and there weren't many staff members available to assist with drink refills. That was really the only issue we encountered. Eventually, though, we did manage to get someone to bring my mom some sweet tea.
