Mackenzie River Pizza, Grill Pub

Mixed in the otherwise urban excavation of the larger Indianapolis area is a bit of borderland known at MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill Pub. Go to a decor that feels more like a Vintage Rocky or Appalachian Mountain Resort, guests are welcomed by carved bears, River Tackle and warm service. Guests have their choice between a rustic pub or a traditional dining area. The pub section is perfect for friends who want to enjoy a light moment while the dinning area offers room for family dinners or more intimate discussions. The menu has a selection of elements that match the decor. Appetizers include Bavarian Pretzels, Pulled Pork Sliders and Street Corn Nachos. For the main course, choose between the signature pizza or more traditional pub flavor. The pizza menu includes your classic cheese (always a favourite for small travellers) or more creative options such as Hot Hawaiian or the Sequoia (Pesto, subdried tomatoes, Artichoke hearts, pine nuts and Mozzarella cheese). The burgers are the heart of traditional pub offerings, including the Grizzly, the Ol’ Prospector and the smokehouse. You can also enjoy selections like MacKenzie Meatloaf (completely recommend). Dessert options are also generous for a pub restaurant and contain mud cake, carrot cake and hot apple cbblers. Daily specialties are also offered, such as burgers and beer Tuesdays. Overall, this situation was clean and welcoming. We dived a week in the afternoon with a little waiting time. Outdoor dining is available in warm weather. Bottom line, no complaints. It was a good meal and we're going to return.

Great time to sit outside on the terrace! The sun shone and the margaritas were also great! My burger was delicious! The service was also great, so overall I appreciate this place a really great indoor or outdoor food spot!

This beautiful pizza place was a great place for a date night. The staff was happy. We have great service and hot food .

The service was fast and the food was great will definitely come back. We got artichokes diving the lodge poles and chorizo meatball skilled and everything was very good. The staff was great. They were friendly and hard working made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this place to everyone. You're the best.

Got the slammers (slider burgers) and fries. Tasted really good for a decent price. Lemonade was good too. The service wasn’t bad, a teeny bit slow but that’s it. Definitely will return to this place Came back and got the grizzly/basic burger and it was pretty good. Could’ve been hotter, but eh.
