Kfc - Indianapolis

Horrible service. Food took forever and they had lukewarm fries. Had to heat them up for my baby. Would not recommend.

Stop trying to manipulate the drive thru times. Pull around front so we can forget you 're ordering food. Go somewhere else and dane the headache.

Told me to pull the front and wait then forgot about me after about 15 minutes to circle back through, then he told me to just keep waiting after about another 15 minutes he asked me if I wanted to come inside and get it, I'm like no brosky you're the onethat told me to wait up front now you want me to come inside no way

They never get your order right!!! went back twice still didn't get what I ordered... never a manager and keep their phone bust so you can't call.. won't waste my time again

The staff wasn't bad or anything. The only problem was is that I called the restaurant previously before stopping by to make sure they were still open because it was around 11:30 p.m. they told me that the only had extra crispy chicken ready. However,upon arriving they actually didn't have any chicken ready and told me it would be an 11 minute wait. Which I was perfectly okaywith. But 11 minutes ended up turning into about 30 to which then upon my food being brought out I received two wrong ordersbefore actually getting my order. I understand they had a lot of people waiting oh he asked me multiple times what my order toend up just give me the wrong ones.
