Hooters - Indianapolis

I ordered from Hooters through DoorDash and was really disappointed with the service. After waiting for an hour and a half, I called to check on my order, which is only six minutes away. When a woman finally answered, she said they had just noticed my order and were about to start making it. In total, I ended up waiting two and a half hours for my food. When I called again, she mentioned that no one had noticed the order come in, and she had an attitude about my inquiry. The service was poor, and I was quite disappointed. Additionally, I ordered curly fries, but when they arrived, they were as hard as a rock, as if they had been sitting out for hours and had just been thrown into my order instead of being discarded.

I'm really disappointed to write this review. Hooters has been a fun Mother’s Day tradition for our family, but this time the experience was far from enjoyable. The service was incredibly poor, and the most frustrating part was that it took over an hour for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was incorrect. Our server took the wrong order back to the kitchen, but she informed us that the kitchen was “backed up.” After waiting another 30 minutes for my wings, she mentioned she would speak with a manager because she recognized the wait was excessive, but she never did. I saw her moving back and forth between our table and the kitchen, but she didn’t address the issues we faced. Our drinks remained empty for over 30 minutes, and we didn’t receive any sauce for our fried pickles. Every time I requested something, it felt like I was putting her out. It’s unfortunate, but we won't be coming back.

The Cinco De Mayo drinks were excellent! A big thank you to our bartender! The food was flavorful and spicy! The manager was incredibly friendly; she even took the time to talk to my friends and me after we had a difficult experience with another customer. The female manager definitely creates a welcoming atmosphere in the Castleton area! I’ll definitely be back!

Not sure why I am even going to waste my time with this since it is clear that whoever looks at these recent reviews has done nothing to fix the problems. We arrived a little after 6pm on a Thursday. Maybe half a dozen tables have people in em. Were told a 30 minute wait before we could sit. Mind you, tons of empty tables. Finally got a table and waited about another 30 minutes before getting an appetizer order in. Ordered food about another 30 minutes after that. We left at about 930pm. I always wondered what salt tasted like. I think someone took a whole bottle of salt and dumped it on the tots and philly. The server had her mind on other things for sure. She sat across a table talking to 2 men for awhile. Noone bused a single table the whole time we were there. Someone better get in here and shake this location up before it is to late.

Service was fine. Food was nothing like I remembered, so many problems. Not one adult finished their food mediocre at best. Wings were barely warm, sauce on one basket was actually cold (refrigerator), salad missing dressing, 1 botched order, also took an incredibly long time.
