This place is almost always out of key items on the menu. Today, it was the steak, the fajitas, and the Aqua Frescas. The chips are nearly always stale. The food just feels uninspired. We ordered guacamole today, and it came with two halved unripe avocados that were barely mashed. The chicken in my bowl was cold, as if it had just come out of the refrigerator. I don't expect it to be piping hot, but it should at least be warm. At this point, we've had enough and won't be coming back. If you enjoy Chipotle, I highly recommend driving north on Westfield to the Nora location instead.

Chipotle is usually at the top of its game, but my recent visit to the Broad Ripple location was disappointing. The brown rice was undercooked and clumpy, and I received only a tiny portion of sofritas and salsa. As vegans, we expected a satisfying meal, but we left very unhappy. The staff seemed uninterested, almost as if they viewed serving food as a chore. For $27, I could have easily grilled my own vegetables and made rice at home. Overall, it was a letdown.

The experience would have been much better if they hadn’t tried to close so early and run out of items like fajita veggies and guacamole with only 30 minutes left until closing. Google states that they close at 10 PM, so it would be nice if they could hold off on discarding items until after that time when there are no more customers. A chain that offers meat-free entrees should certainly aim to have their popular vegetarian options available until closing. I was very disappointed with my options when the restaurant should still have been open.

Absolutely horrible experience. Nothing but sour cream. Hardly any chicken, any bean, just sour cream. The person making my wife and I’s burritos just slung everything around carelessly. Did not have any regard for anything. Wished I would’ve gotten his name. My wife wouldn’t even eat it because of how much sour cream was packed into it. And neither did I. I paid for nothing but sour cream and salsa. Will NOT be back to this location
