Chick-fil-a - Indianapolis

If I could give 0 stars, I would. How do you burn your cookies so badly that it falls when you go to add in the sauce? I couldn't even scrape the burnt part because he broke the cookie completely. The cheese was not existent as he somehow kept the hares from sawdust, and the sausage was a solid hockey puck. It's sad, but if you ask both people in the vehicle what sauce they like.... And both say the same sauce... You should get more of it? No. Got one and it was already ripened and like a dirty diaper sprayed on all the floor of the bag. The hash browns were so elevated that they were small marbles instead of crispy and insensitive. All in all, the only good thing about it was Dr. Pfeffer. The stuff is gold.

I was very tired and just wanted a good fast food, and this place was great. The food was excellent - they gave us a lot of extra chicken nuggets- and it came very fast. Not to mention how much quantity you get for a low price and good quality. It is not shocking to get a chic-fil-a 5 stars likely, but the whole atmosphere felt safe and friendly. So, I would definitely recommend stopping this for everyone in the area as it is very nice.

Got a cold brew. Tasted stale, and burnt. Wanted to return for refund. Bad product. Cashier insisted it was just strong and better with syrup or cream. I like strong coffee. This was awful and over priced.

It was my first time visiting that Chik-fil-A-. Everything was fine til it came Tim to get my food. The guys outside the window just look at me. I didn't know the procedure and didn't know what to do. I drove around thinking there must be another window to go to. They did nothing but looked at me and smiled. I ended up coming back asking where was my food. They asked my name and then gave me my food. I was so frustrated, the guys could have told me I was to wait, they said nothing. The food was good.

First time trying Chick-fil-A, as the name says we're from Canada. Joey helped us at the counter and by far the best experience we've ever had in fast food restaurant! Service was fast and food was even better ?
