Commonplace Coffee - Indiana

Commonplace Coffee in Indiana is one of my favorite coffee roasters. They offer a variety of coffees from different regions around the globe. The café itself is an excellent spot for working, studying, or chatting with friends.

It was a cozy little restaurant. Since school was out, there weren't any college students around. The staff were friendly and the food and drinks were excellent.

I highly recommend this place; the coffee is fantastic and the service is excellent!

We were staying with family in the area and wanted to find a good coffee spot and a good coffee roaster. This place has both. I didn’t have time to sit and enjoy the cafe, but it’s a unique location inside a larger building with an atrium. They have really interesting whole bean coffees available. There was a special on an anaerobic natural from Rwanda (never had coffee from there before) so I got that and their decaf, which was a blend of Columbian coffees. I’ve really been enjoying both. The natural has been really fruity and the decaf has good flavor. Definitely recommend both the cafe and the coffee.

Best coffee in town. Incredible staff. Good food.Note: I am personally always looking for a coffee shop that does not display religious propaganda due to bad personal experiences with this demographic. I was very excited to finally find commonplace. This coffee shop is NOT overtly religious just gives off that vibe as many religious folks use it as a gathering place. Very much welcome to all in my experience as an LGBTQ person
