Jersey Mike's Subs - Indian Trail

Order only $100 of sandwiches that were a total of 8 subs for our corporate meeting. I came back to the office and only 7 sandwiches were in my pocket. Drove returned and went inside with reception to let her know we were missing a sub. Rudely the young girl and guy said they put all the sandwiches in the bag instead of just fix the problem, they prefer to argue and lose customers who have a business right on the street that often visit this store. I called and the manager wouldn't call. None of our offices will be back.

Good staff and good cheeses. They should switch their lines to avoid confusion.

I can't say fresh enough... The staff is pleasant, fast and they smile at you. Not many do this today. Food is excellent. Prices are too high for sandwiches.

Best subs around. I just wish the order process was easier. I order off the menu and get asked 10 questions about the items listed on the menu that come with the sandwich. This wastes precious time. Just ask if I want any changes to the way it's listed. The order taker slices the sandwich meat to order so it takes a while to place orders.
