Drost's Chocolates - Indian River

This fabulous place in town is warm and inviting. All of the individual service is very nice. Product knowledge is a plus. Well done. I love this shop. It's variety is wide and deep like the river near-by. The Peanut Butter fudge was phenomenal! Highly recommended. I want continued success for this business. Cute place, good ice cream, only suggestion is for a dairy free ice cream flavor (currently only sorbet/sherbet).

I'm sure drost's chocolate is more famous for their chocolates than ice cream, but I went there for ice cream on a cold fall day. Be sure to check out the four flavors they have on special which they order from a not so local but Michigan Creamery. I sampled three of the four and they were all deliciously special. The antiques scattered around the establishment is a nice touch.

Probably the best ice cream I’ve had in Michigan. Very friendly staff patient while we decided on what to order. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
