The staff at this restaurant was fantastic, providing excellent service for our party of 11. They made accommodations for us while we waited, and the food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was great as well. Overall, we would rate our experience as a perfect 10 out of 10. We will definitely be returning. Oh, and the baby back ribs were amazing!

I started off my Dine Springfield Restaurant Week experience at Theodore's Blues, Booze and BBQ, a favorite spot of mine in downtown Springfield. I indulged in boneless bourbon barbecue wings with waffle fries and ranch sauce, while my sister and her cousin Mikey enjoyed wings and waffle fries, and burnt ends with mac and cheese, respectively. Our meal was absolutely delicious, earning a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. The service was exceptional, with a friendly server who made sure our drinks were always topped up. The lemonade was just the right balance of sweet and refreshing. The live band added to the already great atmosphere. I highly recommend stopping by Theodore's during Springfield Restaurant Week from June 7th to June 16th. You won't be disappointed!
