Three Pigs Bbq - Independence

Hubby had burnt ends smoky and tender. I had the Texan platter but swapped out the regular burnt ends for today's special corned beef burnt ends with Irish sauce (spicy honey mustard like sauce) delicious! Cheesy corn white cheddar mac n cheese were creamy and delicious too. Will be back!

Pulled up to get BBQ, went to window and they said they closed at 7. Pulled out my phone and it said 7:02.. all I wanted were some sides.. I will give them a real review once I try it... I want to give them a chance.

First BBQ place I've been to in the almost 20 years I've been in the Midwest that I didn't need the sauce to make the meat taste good. I got the coleslaw as my side. It reminded me of the coleslaw I grew up eating in NC. The guy that was working the window was very courteous and friendly. Will definitely be going back again.

We were on the hunt for Kansas City BBQ and decided to give this spot a try. Initially, we were hoping for a sit-down restaurant, so we were surprised to come across a food truck. But there were no surprises when it came to the food. The meats were excellently cooked, the sauce was amazing, and the sides were fantastic. The cheesy corn is absolutely to die for! The portions are huge! I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

I stopped by for lunch and ordered the burnt end sandwich with fries. It was ready in just a few minutes. Once I got home, I devoured the sandwich—it was absolutely delicious!
