Scooter's Coffeehouse - Independence

I truly adore this place! They offer the best coffee I've had across three different states!

I celebrated the Eclipse at this restaurant, and it was an amazing experience! They serve the best blended coffee in town, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend it!

It was absolutely delightful and tasty, and they also provide sugar-free syrups.

I don't know who was working on Tuesday afternoon (around 4pm) but she did good! I love Scooter's iced coffee but often have trouble with baristas getting the right amount of vanilla syrup and cream added in. Seems trivial, but too much cream ruins it! This barista made it PERFECTLY!

Always 5 stars. Shout out to the new barista working tonight (Wednesday the 4th) because not only did she nail my drink, she maintained composure with a huge line. Impressive service, as always. Emily has a great crew under her!
