Pizza Ranch - Independence

Ordered a cookie pizza when we arrived. The lady coming around picking up plates asked twice if we had recieved our order which we hadn't. After the second time she asked and we were done with the buffet, we waited 20 more minutes and nothing. Left with no cookie pizza! The flavors were exquisite, and every dish was expertly crafted. The service was attentive and friendly, making the experience all the more enjoyable. However, the atmosphere could use some improvement, as it felt a bit lacking in ambiance, which is why I rated it a 3. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!
