Papa Johns Pizza - Independence

Had never had problems with this papa john’s I last night. ordering the delivery that was estimated at 19-29 minutes. almost an hour later our pizza was finally delivered. we have no excuse or no discount.

Ordered a deal with 2 big pizzas, a speciality. the speciality was the Tuscan six cheese, they brought a regular cheese with filled crust. When I called that, I was told that I was given 50% of my next command. why do I read several other reviews within the last month of people that they receive their filled orders redelivered, and why would I even want to load from this if the workers confuse two obviously different looking pizzas? I worked for this company, they don't look like it at all.

We ordered a spezialpizze and got false pizza. there is like a $5 difference in the pizza we have ordered vs what we get. instead of a new pizza or some dollar from our entire manager offered us 50% from our next pizza. I'm really crazy to think that we almost never order papa johns.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had. they have made my order wrong, the lady who answered the phone, was hung mad at me and on me. I called back to get her name to report her customer service and she said they don't give out any names. in the manager and we all wear bait, so I didn't see the problem. very rude i wldnt recommend this place and I love papa johns

I’ve ordered delivery from this store twice, and both times were terrible. The first time, they mis delivered my order twice and we ended up getting no pizza. The second time, they mis delivered once and then delivered the 2nd order an hour later. Manager told us she’d throw in a brownie to make up for it she didn’t. If you can order from a different location, definitely do so! Their service is absolutely horrible.
