The service at this restaurant is incredibly disappointing, from the management to the staff. Neither personable nor polite, they seem to lack fundamental customer service skills. I, along with six other people—who were strangers to me—waited without being acknowledged. A couple that arrived before me left after waiting 15 minutes for anyone to greet them. Several others came in after me and also decided to leave. I tried to be patient, but eventually even I became frustrated. I highly recommend avoiding this place! It’s apparent that the employees are not taking their jobs seriously. My experience concluded with me reporting the entire staff to corporate.

Although we didn't voice our concerns while dining, I have to say that the food was disappointing. It was severely lacking in seasoning and the quality of the meat was poor. My steak had a spongy texture, and the chicken tasted like it had been freezer burnt. The rice was hard, and the refried beans tasted like they were days old. On a positive note, our waitress was very friendly. However, we won't be returning.
