Got into the drive thru at 410..got my food at 430. the burgers and fries were cold. could not get an explanation of why 3 burgers and a fry took 20 mins to get to me. have not been to McDonald's in a few months and will not be going back to the Independence location for sure
I always have a great experience whenever I visit McDonald's .The staff is friendly and proficient, and the food is consistently delicious and yummy.
Floors are filthy, tables barely cleaned off, waited in drive thru for 20+ minutes and finally left without ever receiving my 2 orders of fries.
