Contribuiți la feedbackThis location is a complete disaster. The staff closes earlier than their posted hours just to get home sooner. If your business claims to be open until 9:00 PM, customers should be able to order until that time. That’s not the only problem; they frequently don’t have what you want. I was literally told, “Sorry, we’re all out of chicken.” I mean, this is a chicken place that only has sides available! If I could give it a negative rating, I definitely would. They need to shut this place down and hire people who actually want to work! This isn’t just a one-time issue; it keeps happening.
Everything was great! The employees were nice and friendly. I’ve read a lot of negative reviews, but I've never had an issue with this place. I always look forward to returning!
I requested a refund since I hadn’t received any food, but they claimed they couldn't process it and suggested I call a number. I made the manager, Xavier, aware of the situation, but the store was connected to a fax machine and nobody was available at the 800 number either. I tried the website to get my money back, and the following morning, I finally reached someone who assured me I would get my refund. However, it’s been two days, and I still have not received it. This is the worst KFC location in Independence, and this is not the first time I've had issues with them—so it will definitely be the last. I’ll be driving the extra distance to go to the Noland Rd location near where I used to live; while they weren't perfect, at least they would try to make things right!
We were in a rush and needed a quick meal, so we decided to stop by the KFC on the highway. The employee who assisted us provided outstanding customer service. He managed both the drive-thru and the front counter, and despite the busy environment, he was polite, helpful, and maintained a friendly attitude throughout. Unfortunately, he didn’t have a name tag, so I can’t identify him, but he was working on Friday night, January 6th. He truly deserves a raise for his dedication. I hope he sees this message. I ordered five items and two small sides, and I ended up waiting 45 minutes. Meanwhile, other customers with ice cream and bags of food received their orders before me. When I finally rolled down my window to inquire about my order, it was clear from the look on the staff member's face that my food had been given to the wrong car. I didn't receive an apology when I went back to the drive-thru to explain the situation; the woman there just rolled her eyes and ignored me.
