Fuji Grill Buffet - Independence

Haven't been here in a very long time. The selection was very diverse but lacking too if that makes sense. I personally didn't find too many dishes to satisfy my palate. The paper plates were a turnoff. Honestly not enough for a bad review but we probably won't return.

The coconut shrimp here is delicious! Hibachi and grill with nice options. Sushi is old.... it must be made fresh daily. The waitress here is so nice. She always checks If you need anything accommodating while dining. Four stars are because of the waitress. Sushi that is not fresh...minus one star on this review.

We enjoy most the food they have to offer that we eat. Chicken nuggets may be the bottom of the barrel kind but cant go wrong with other foods. Miss the paper plates. Staff is friendly and always ready to get you your drink and keep the area clean. We noticed last time that while people were getting up for not leaving a tip you will get stopped and asked for a tip to leave and they will ask more then once and do talk after you leave so make sure you have those bills in your pocket. Nice dessert option too.

Loved the food selection, especially the seafood. Twas hot, fresh and flavorful. The restroom needs to be upgraded, and please provide napkins there too. Better to tip the servers in cash rather than through credit card, my opinion.

I attended a meeting at this restaurant, and the experience was fantastic. It was a buffet, offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The waiter was incredibly attentive to our needs and made sure to check in on us regularly. I noticed that the food was replenished frequently, ensuring everything was fresh. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing. I would definitely return.
