Church's Texas Chicken - Independence

Terrible! I asked 5 times if they had spicy calls. someone you can't understand, the works go thru, so even though I asked 5 times, I don't have a sharp one yet! I did not get the cookies that I should. this place is by far, hands down, the worst place to go in this area!!! Don't do it! You will never get your order right!!!!

Food is hot, everything is almost perfect, but we sat in this drive for a few minutes to ask SPICY TENDERS, and after the back and forth we finally got the confirmation that they had spicy offers; YET I was still given regular unpicy calls. Next time you just don't say... Your food is good enough that you don't have to lie. How hard is it really to give someone the right order? I work as a cook. So your business has to try harder. I start thinking that people working for fast food are incompetent, they cannot read an order, do not give correct order or listen very well. It is now expected that if you get fast food, there will be some like crooked. You forgot cookies.

One of my favorites, it was also hot. Some places are not. Spicy's great.

Great staff. Eating was okay, but I still give them 5 because it was so busy and it didn't last forever and everyone was polite. Thank you.

The sides that we order was old... mashed potatoes Cajun Rice and okra chicken fried steak was cooked so hard it was ridiculous. The biscuit was so hard if you threw it up against the wall it still wouldn't break sad I would never go back to that Church's Chicken ever again
