Chipotle Mexican Grill - Independence

The two young women who worked tonight deserve recognition from management. Their poise while dealing with a man who was yelling at them about tortilla chips was truly commendable. The food is always fantastic here. People need to realize that restaurants occasionally run out of items, and it's not the staff's fault.

I’ve found that they consistently struggle with mobile pick-up orders. Every time I've ordered here, I've ended up waiting an extra 30 to 45 minutes past the designated pick-up time. You would expect the food to be fresh at that point, but that's not always the case. I don't like being overly critical, but I want to help others know what to expect regarding their orders. If possible, I’d recommend trying another Chipotle!

Many people are waiting for their orders, and it seems that it's always "online orders only" every time I've visited in person. This process makes things much more complicated for both customers and staff. It's frustrating to tell everyone to order online, print the tickets, organize them, read them out loud, and then prepare the orders. On top of that, it's difficult to hear the names being called. I wonder why there wasn't a sign clearly stating that only online orders are accepted—maybe I just missed it. Lastly, the app used for ordering is quite poor and lacks proper functionality.

They get their order wrong every time, and last time we have ordered that I return twice for them to correct the order! another problem is the rice is literally crispy because it is so understated. I have never been as frustrated in a facility in my 46-year-old existence as this chipotle. if they cannot produce rice or complete a simple printed order, they must close until the company can bring at least one competent employee.

I just got my chicken bowl but it tastes salty. They don't have veggies and lettuce either. I got some left over veggies that are burnt and not fresh. I asked the server not to put that but probably did not hear. Overall the chicken bowl does not taste like Chipotles chicken bowl at all. Not a great experience!! IMO They should put more chicken and rice if they are missing other items. However, they did not do that.
