Chipotle Mexican Grill - Independence

I eat here more than any other restaurant. The food is great and prices fair. Minus one star for how online orders are often slower than walk-ins (where it would be faster to get in line than arrive at my scheduled pickup time). Also, serving sizes can be inconsistent. But I’ll keep going back!

Ordered dinner for the family tonight and before the order was placed I had my doubts about ordering from Chipolte online as I 've had issues in the past. None to big to cause a concern (missing salsa or cutlery). But as the bigger individual of the family I ordered my meal to portion my appetite which would be extra meat, double rice, and double cheese. Low and behold; when I opened the tin lid off my meal I was greatly disappointed with the portion size as the rest of my family whom ordered the normal portion, had more. Me, thinking this should be an easy fix by just calling and saying, hey, my order was not right. No, this ends up being a 30 min text chat with whomever the hell pepper I 'd telling me I 'm unable to process your request at this time on top of that, your not able to talk to someone as to the store does not take care of that kinda thing according to PEPPER . the food that did arrive was great but the portion size left me raiding my food pantey as I was left unsatisfied.

An evening meal rushed well, but the in the house dining place was not clean and the bench seems to have harmed water/mold.

We absolutely love Chipotle! The food is always incredibly fresh and delicious. I usually order the chicken bowl while my partner opts for a kid's meal. There's really nothing to complain about here. Food rating: 5/5.

Not up to chipotle franchise standards at all. Staff ignored customers in line to focus on online orders for a good 5 min without even an “I’ll be with you in a second or even some eye contact. Had to tell them the order 3 times because they weren’t paying attention. Staff were snippy when I asked a question. Soggy, half wrapped burrito that fell apart. Disappointed because I’ve been coming to this chipotle location since circa 2002 and I guess It’s going downhill post pandemic for whatever reason.
