China Wok - Independence

Used to love this place, coming a couple times a month. My last visit they didn?t start my order until after I showed up (over 30 minutes after I placed the order), and the latest time there was hair in my food. It?s sad to say but it seems to have suddenly gone down hill in quality and service.

The beef and broccoli was decent, but the chicken teriyaki was quite delicious, and the combination plate was excellent. I’m giving it five stars because the portion size is generous for the price.

I'm pretty sure there was some sort of altercation happening in the back, and the food was just mediocre.

The shrimp egg foo young is outstanding, but the combo fried rice was quite disappointing—lacking flavor and containing very little meat. I'll definitely return just for the egg foo young!

Always delightful! I indulge in Chinese cuisine about once a month, and this is my favorite place to visit!
