Chili's Grill - Independence

This place has a certain allure that keeps drawing me back time and again to savor their delicious food.

This is one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. I believe the young man's name was Jayden, and he went above and beyond for my wife and me. The three of us will definitely be returning soon.

I'm not quite sure how this restaurant manages to stay in business. Unfortunately, there were easily a dozen empty tables, yet we had to wait 20-30 minutes for a table for three. Based on that experience alone, I would give it 1 or 2 stars. However, our server Jordan was exceptional and really turned things around for us. The food was also quite good.

Our server Mitchell was just fantastic! With the server/employee shortage.. he was great. He really attentive and made sure our party of 8 was fully taken care of! My niece and nephew Reece and Raina were celebrating their birthday. He sang and made our night very special. Our food was good and our drinks were delicious! Thank you Chili’s and Mitchell for a great experience!

Food was good, place was clean but! There was a family there with kids jumping and running around the whole place. Jumping in the booths, running in circle's and no one said anything to them. One couple didn't finish there food. Nor did we. We order two different appetizers plate and we didn't finish our lunch before we left as well. Sad that or lunch was ruined with the atmosphere of the lunch break on this day of the march 30th. It wasn't there fault some adults can't handle there kids.
