Katy's Cafe - Imperial Beach

Super kind, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food (especially the Chipotle Bueno (w/ sausage bacon) and fun food and drink names, great coffee, delicious smoothies, pleasant upbeat atmosphere, and great location!

A great spot for coffee or smoothies. The food menu looks really good and healthy too. Friendly staff and quick service.

I have been coming to give the coffee a second chance hoping it 'll taste better but the iced lattes don 't taste like coffee at all. Every time I 've gone it just tasted like milk. I 'm not the only one that says this apparently and a group of girls tasted their iced coffee while waiting for their food and they said it didn 't have the coffee taste either. Not worth it for iced lattes thats almost $6 for a 16 oz. Maybe it 's time for a new espresso machine unless they are making it wrong. Also not a welcoming environment for the times I 've gone. Staff doesn 't greet or smile unless they know you.

Walked up to this place and were no disappointed. The food was delicious, the coffee was fantastic and the atmosphere was right on. Highly recommend.

The location was excellent for where we were staying in an Airbnb. The staff was friendly and service was quick. It's near the beach and easily accessible. We only ate breakfast there but the food was excellent.
