Domino's Pizza - Imperial

Absolutely terrible. They repeatedly get my order wrong, and even the remakes are messed up when I call to complain. It took nearly two hours to receive a remake, which ended up being incorrect as well. To make matters worse, the driver lied to me, claiming that the order was correct, despite the receipt clearly showing that it didn't match my original order. I will never be ordering from this restaurant again.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. When I encountered an issue with my order, they were completely indifferent. I even had to contact corporate to report my concerns, but they were unresponsive as well. Overall, my impression of the entire company is quite negative.

I haven't had Domino's pizza in a long time, and it was truly a treat! The pickup was quick, and the staff both on the phone and in the store were all very friendly. The pizza was incredibly delicious!

I ordered a medium sausage pizza and some specialty chicken. The pizza had only about 10 pieces of sausage, and some slices had no sausage at all—just cheese. As for the specialty chicken, it was breaded this time, which is different from how it’s been prepared in the past. I called to inquire about this, and the manager became quite defensive, arguing with me and then SLAMMING the phone down. This is not how a business should be run! The manager definitely needs to work on their customer service skills.

Placed an order for cheesy bread 1 large pizza at 6:28 pm. It is 8:14 the tracker still says Prep . No one is answering the phone. We 've been loyal customers, always tipped, never really complained. This is rude. No phone call. No explanation. No pizza.
